Summary:
The Physician and APP Recruitment Specialist role is responsible for providing physician and APP recruitment support to senior leadership, physician leaders and APP leaders and delivering high quality professional candidates. This role will participate in the full cycle recruitment process and works on candidate generation. Assists with projects related to onboarding and the new hire process and provides and tracks metrics as requested. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)Education:
Bachelor's Degree preferred.License/Certifications:
N/A Experience:
Two years of experience in Human Resources or other business-related role required. Recruiting experience preferred.Additional Skills/Requirements Required:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred:
