Job Description
What you'll need to succeed as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at XPO Minimum qualifications: 1 year of related work experience Experience with applicant tracking systems, HRIS or other data entry systems Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) Preferred qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field 2 years of experience in recruiting, recruiting coordination or related area Experience SuccessFactors Customer service experience Knowledge of employment laws Bilingual English/Spanish or English/French Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills About the Talent Acquisition Specialist job Pay, benefits and more: Full health insurance benefits are available on day one Life and disability insurance Earn up to 13 days of PTO over your first year 9 paid company holidays 401(k) option with company match Education assistance What you'll do on a typical day: Create requisitions and post positions to appropriate sources Prepare and send pre-boarding documents to prospective candidates Initiate and monitor background and onboarding steps Review and evaluate applicants to ensure they meet the position requirements Audit pre-employment onboarding documentation to ensure compliance Answer questions and provide coaching to HR, hiring managers and potential applicants About XPO XPO is a top ten global provider of transportation services, with a highly integrated network of people, technology and physical assets.
