Bilingual Recruiter Compensation:
$18 -$22 /
Hr Location:
Battle Creek, MI Responsibilities:
As a Bilingual Recruiter, your primary responsibilities are to source, screen, and place qualified candidates while building strong relationships with both candidates and clients. Here's what you'll be doing: 1.
Candidate Sourcing & Screening:
Identify and attract candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking. Conduct interviews and assess skills, experience, and cultural fit. Verify qualifications, work history, and references. 2.
Talent Matching & Placement:
Match candidates to open positions in manufacturing, light industrial, and production. Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interviews. Guide candidates through the hiring process and onboarding. 3.
Candidate & Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain relationships with candidates to understand their career goals. Partner with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions. Collaborate with our team to ensure a smooth placement experience.
