We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based out of our Grand Rapids office who will best support our clients, customers, co-workers, and Core Principles - " understand our customers and satisfy their needs, do what we say we are going to do, and Have Fun !" Duties/Responsibilities:
Coordinate the full cycle recruiting process for engineering, operations, and administrative roles. Proactively source candidates. Source and engage through phone, emails, texts, job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals. Screen candidates through interviews and reference checks, while learning about their goals, skillset, and interests to ensure alignment. Coordinate and schedule interviews ensuring a positive candidate experience. Accurately and promptly communicate with hiring managers and applicants to ensure a seamless recruitment process. Maintain candidate records in our HRIS and make sure every hire is documented and compliant. Collaborate with managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings. Develop talent pipelines for critical & recurring roles. Foster relationships with active and passive candidates. Travel to colleges/tech schools, high schools, recruiting fairs, etc. to promote F&V employment opportunities. Performs other related duties as assigned. The Ideal candidate will possess the following: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 2+ years of full cycle recruiting experience. Strong sourcing instincts, you don't wait for applicants; you go find the right people. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and strong judgment, while having strong presentation skills.
