Responsibilities Talent Sourcing & Outreach Proactively identify and engage qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, and direct outreach Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective talent Cultivate relationships with candidates, ensuring clear and ongoing communication Candidate Screening Conduct initial phone screens and evaluate candidates for suitability Assess candidate alignment with position requirements, culture fit, communication skills, and motivation Efficiently move qualified candidates through each stage of the interview process Pipeline & Process Management Accurately track candidates using CRM and recruiting tools Manage interview scheduling and facilitate coordination with leadership Ensure consistent follow-up to keep candidates engaged throughout the process Recruiting Support Learn and implement best recruiting practices from seasoned team leaders Monitor recruiting metrics, including call volume, interviews scheduled, and hires made What We're Looking For Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Self-motivated, goal-driven, and results-oriented Comfortable conducting outreach calls and establishing rapport with new contacts Able to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment Preferred Qualifications Experience in sales, customer service, or recruiting Familiarity with CRM or applicant tracking systems Interest in recruiting, HR, or business operations Why Join Farmers Insurance•District 40?
