Meet with your team to brainstorm new and exciting ways to get great people to workYou will use your creative thinking to think outside of the box to attract candidatesApply your marketing skills to our postings, social media sites, and the community to help us stand apartUse your people skills and interview techniques to find the right candidate to fill our great opportunitiesContinue to build a pipeline of people and actively look for a way to impact order fulfillmentAs you find the right people for the job, you will conduct the drug screen, background check, and I-9's so we can get them to work!

Requirements:

Recruiting & staffing experience 3+ yearsBilingual (Spanish/English)Ability to manage 40+ customers on a daily basisExperience with MS OfficeAbility to assess, delegate and provide follow up with customer orders/requests & internal teamLeadership exposure/experience a plus!
