Express Employment Professionals is looking for a motivated Recruiting Specialist to join our growing team in Livonia, MI. This role is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants the chance to grow within the staffing and recruiting industry. You'll receive extensive training through a combination of hands-on learning, modules through Express University , and real-world experience working alongside our team. Many of our team members grow quickly within the organization, this role has a clear path for advancement. What You'll Do Source and recruit candidates for roles such as industrial, assembly, warehouse, and forklift operators Screen candidates through phone and in-person interviews Post and manage job listings across multiple platforms Coordinate drug screenings, onboarding, and new hire paperwork Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process Support recruiting efforts for multiple client companies Track candidate activity and updates in recruiting systems What We're Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable learning and using recruiting technology and systems Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities Positive attitude and willingness to learn Someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment with lots of moving parts Recruiting experience is a plus but not required Bachelor's Degree in HR or similar field preferred Associate's Degree required If you are interested in joining a fast-paced staffing environment and thrive on working with others, apply today!!
