Construction Role will be focused on high volume recruiting for field engineering.•About the Role Our client, a leading organization in the construction and infrastructure industry, is seeking a Recruiter to support high-volume hiring efforts for field engineering talent. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing a consistent, high-demand position and thrives in a fast-paced recruiting environment. You will play a key role in delivering top talent by managing the full-cycle recruiting process and partnering closely with hiring managers to meet workforce needs efficiently. This position focuses on recruiting for a core, high-volume role with a strong emphasis on consistency, efficiency, and candidate experience. Job Description This position is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from requisition intake through offer and onboarding. The Recruiter will ensure all hiring efforts align with organizational goals, culture, and compliance standards while maintaining a strong candidate experience throughout the process. Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, qualifications, and recruiting strategies Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations Review resumes and conduct phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, interest, and fit Coordinate and schedule interviews, partnering with internal stakeholders as needed Utilize various sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates, including job boards, networking, referrals, and outreach Maintain and develop candidate pipelines for ongoing hiring needs Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and recruiting processes Track candidate progress and recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system Provide a positive and professional experience for all candidates and stakeholders Collaborate with compensation and benefits teams as needed to align offers with market expectations Represent the organization at hiring events, universities, and community outreach initiatives Support additional recruiting initiatives and continuous improvement efforts as needed
Qualifications Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience Experience managing high-volume recruiting for a consistent role or job family Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills Experience reviewing resumes, conducting phone screens, scheduling interviews, and extending offers Ability to manage multiple candidates and requisitions in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
