  • Full-time Atlas Staffing of Elk River is now hiring a Bilingual Recruiter to add to our team.
This is a great opportunity for those who love to work in a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to multi-task, and set and achieve daily goals. Our Staffing Recruiters partner with our employer clients to attract, screen, and onboard applicants to fulfill hiring needs. They support employer clients, job seekers, and employees before and after hiring activities through personalized rapport and engagement. This requires a commitment to high-volume outbound calls, in-person interviewing, and administrative tasks. Strong people skills foster the good relationships our clients, applicants, and employees expect from Atlas Staffing. Our Staffing Recruiter position is an entry-level role with the opportunity for advancement. Staffing & Recruiting experience is not required, but employees who have had success in this role tend to process the following skills:
  • Self-driven & goal-oriented
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties
  • Strong people & customer service skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Handle fast-paced environment; meeting multiple fast-approaching deadlines
  • Written and oral communication
  • Database management and MS Office Suite programs
  • Must be bilingual in Spanish
Hours:
8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday with overtime as needed
Pay:
Starting at $21.00 per hour + bonus schedule after probationary period
