JOB DESCRIPTION
The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for leading and executing strategic sourcing initiatives, building talent pipelines through various channels and partnering with TA Sourcing team. This role will recruit across all levels with a focus on senior level and niche positions.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing passive candidate strategies.
  • Providing leadership and coaching to the Sourcing Strategy team.
  • Partnering with HR and Talent Acquisition to support innovative sourcing solutions.
  • Build relationships with chambers, professional affinity groups and other business-related associations.
  • Establishing Communicating with internal stakeholders to ensure service delivery.
  • Act as stakeholder in TA and other cross-functional projects.
  • Provide guidance on recruitment strategies and market conditions to hiring leaders.
  • Establishing relationships with HRBP's, Business Unit leaders, and other members of the cross functional HRCS team.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years corporate TA or staffing experience OR combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrated project management experience.
  • Working knowledge of HR with emphasis on creating an exceptional talent acquisition experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated influencing skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Collaborative approach to building relationships, and experience working in a matrixed organization.
  • Superior negotiation skills.
Demonstrated problem solving skills.
PAY RANGE
$78,824.00 - $122,176.00 CULTURE

PROFIT SHARING
In 2026 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
