Responsibilities Maintain full cycle recruitment for a broad range of positions with a focus on experienced and entry level CDL Class A Drivers Source candidates utilizing advanced recruitment and traditional passive candidate sourcing while continuously innovating new ways to attract talent Proactively communicate and collaborate with managers on job postings, talent market information, hiring trends and recruiting best practices Maintain/update applicant database and provide reports as requested such as sourcing reports, applicant tracking, and other recruiting based data as directed by management. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Human Resources on a variety of projects and initiatives Attend and plan networking events, presentations, and other industry related career fairs that will occasionally be outside of normal working hours Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required Experience identifying, engaging and recruiting passive candidates Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
