Responsibilities Full-Cycle Recruiting:

Source, interview, and onboard high-quality insurance sales agents. Use LinkedIn, AI sourcing tools, and automated drip email campaigns to build candidate pipelines. Make outbound calls daily to prospects, conduct screening interviews, and convert candidates into licensed agents. Present and sell the Farmers programs and sales career opportunities, while evaluating candidates sales aptitude. Use Microsoft Excel and CRM dashboards to track recruiting metrics, create sales reports and hiring performance. Support and coach new agents, holding them accountable to activity and performance standards. Potential for advancement to District Manager through leadership training and performance excellence.
