This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, building relationships, and helping connect people with employment opportunities. Our Recruiters partner with employer clients to attract, screen, and onboard candidates to meet hiring needs. They support clients, applicants, and employees throughout the hiring process through strong communication, follow-up, and personalized service. This role requires a commitment to high-volume outbound calls, in-person interviewing, and administrative tasks. Strong people skills and a customer-focused approach are key to success. Staffing and recruiting experience is not required. This is an entry-level opportunity with room for growth and advancement within the company. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

Hours:

8:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday, with overtime as needed

Pay:

Starting at $21.00 per hour, plus bonus opportunities following the probationary period
