$63,000-$70,000 base salary + bonus & incentives Summary The Driver Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified CDL drivers to support the company's operational and growth objectives. This role plays a critical part in building a strong driver workforce by executing effective recruiting strategies, delivering a high-quality candidate experience, and ensuring timely hiring outcomes in a competitive market. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, a sense of urgency, and the ability to engage and convert top driver talent. Key Responsibilities Source, screen, and qualify CDL driver candidates through outbound outreach, job boards, and referrals Conduct phone interviews and guide candidates through the selection and hiring process Deliver a positive candidate experience through clear communication, timely follow-up, and professionalism Partner with operations and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and align candidate profiles Escalate candidate concerns or process issues as needed to ensure timely resolution Maintain accurate and confidential candidate records in the applicant tracking system Apply sound judgment, problem-solving, and discretion when handling candidate interactions Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance recruiting efficiency and candidate satisfaction Perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications 2 -3 years of recruiting, sales, or high-volume customer-facing experience preferred Experience in the transportation or trucking industry is a plus Proven ability to meet hiring goals in a fast-paced environment Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Ability to build rapport quickly and influence candidates High level of professionalism and confidentiality Education High school diploma or equivalent required
