We are growing fast and looking for the right person to help us bring great agents through the door. Role Description This is a full-time (independent contractor) role based in our office in Independence, MO. As our Recruiter you will be the first point of contact for prospective real estate agents and play a key role in growing our team. Day to day you will be developing and executing recruiting strategies, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, managing hiring campaigns, and keeping our pipeline organized and moving. You will work closely with our broker and leadership team to understand exactly who we are looking for and make sure we are always putting our best foot forward in how we present the opportunity to join 1st Class Summit. Qualifications Proven experience in talent sourcing, candidate screening, and conducting professional interviews Experience building and managing recruiting strategies and hiring campaigns from start to finish Ability to run and manage recruiting ads on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and Google Experience using GoHighLevel and/or BoldTrail CRM is strongly preferred
  • we use both actively in our recruiting process Comfortable managing and tracking candidate pipelines using Google Sheets, GoHighLevel, and BoldTrail CRM Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple candidates and conversations at once Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • you are the face of our brand to prospective agents Ability to work closely with leadership and adapt quickly as needs evolve Experience with onboarding practices is a plus Familiarity with real estate, the agent experience, or the brokerage world is a big plus Compensation This role offers a competitive and performance-driven compensation structure designed to reward results: Base salary paid monthly Complimentary private office space within our brokerage Monthly profit sharing based on overall company performance Monthly residual income based on the production of agents you recruit Uncapped earning potential•the more you grow the team, the more you earn A note for licensed or pre-licensed candidates: This role does not require a real estate license, however licensed agents are absolutely welcome to continue practicing real estate alongside this position.
