Job Description

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruiting efforts for a Contract position based in Hamilton, Ohio. In this role, you will help drive end-to-end hiring activities, partner closely with HR and operational leaders, and contribute to staffing plans in a fast-moving environment. This opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented recruiter who can balance high-volume hiring demands with strong organization, compliance awareness, and relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the TA Manager and HR team to establish, maintain, and improve the applicant tracking process so it supports organizational hiring goals.
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment activities, from intake discussions and sourcing strategy through selection, offer coordination, and hiring follow-up.
  • Evaluate position needs by reviewing job duties and business objectives to create accurate hiring criteria and role profiles.
  • Manage job advertisements across appropriate channels and use recruiting systems and industry sourcing methods to attract candidates with relevant experience.
  • Review applications, screen resumes, and coordinate approved candidate assessments to support effective selection decisions.
  • Conduct interviews to evaluate technical background, relevant experience, interpersonal strengths, and overall fit for the role.
  • Work with managers, directors, and other stakeholders throughout the interview process to ensure timely feedback and hiring decisions.
  • Maintain recruiting practices that align with applicable federal, state, and local employment regulations as well as internal policies.
  • Support hiring events such as job fairs and community recruitment activities to build candidate pipelines and increase visibility in the market.
  • Oversee high-volume hourly hiring while tracking staffing progress, reporting recruiting metrics, and aligning daily with site leadership on headcount priorities and onboarding readiness.
