Job Description:
Required Experience 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with recent experience hiring engineering professionals within nuclear power industry. Must have direct experience recruiting for disciplines such as I&C, electrical, mechanical, and civil/structural engineering, with a focus on plant modifications, design engineering, and system upgrades. Proven ability to evaluate candidates against nuclear-specific requirements, including experience supporting design packages, field walkdowns, system ownership, and familiarity with NRC regulations and nuclear plant operations. Experience recruiting for digital controls, legacy system upgrades, and instrumentation/control systems strongly preferred. Experience supporting project-based hiring where schedules, mobilization dates, site needs, and technical depth are critical. Proven ability to work independently as the sole engineering recruiter supporting business leaders and hiring managers. Strong sourcing experience with demonstrated success identifying and engaging passive candidates through multiple channels. High sense of urgency with strong follow-up, responsiveness, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong communication and stakeholder partnership skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn ATS systems quickly. High School Diploma or equivalent.
