Job Description

Adams Communication & Engineering Technology (ACET), Incorporated is a Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) system engineering and information technology firm, headquartered in Maryland and Virginia. Incorporated in 1999, we support mission critical Information Technology (IT) business needs for clients within the intelligence community (IC), Department of Defense (DOD), Veteran Administration (VA) and for select commercial clients. ACET, Inc.'s technical, programmatic, and analytical professionals are experts in commercial technology, customized solutions, and proprietary government systems. ACET is seeking an Recruiter supporting Aerospace and CFT programs. Responsibilities Assisting Hiring Manager(s) and/or the Recruiting team with recruitment duties Reviewing available positions and candidate requirements Communicating with the HR team Posting job applications on social media and job sites Tracking open positions using recruiting software Assisting the hiring team in screening candidate resumes Contacting candidate references and verifying education requirements. Conducting initial phone screenings. Communicating with candidates and setting up interviews. Managing the resume database. Participate in recruiting events Promote positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Requirements and skills 1-3 years of recruiting experience Familiarity with the entire recruitment lifecycle Tech-savvy Knowledge of recruitment software and database systems Excellent verbal and written communication skills Advanced interpersonal skills Critical thinking skills Excellent decision-making skills Good organizational skills •All candidates must be a U.S. Citizen to apply• ACET is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action Employer and VEVRAA Federal Contractor.
