Associate Recruiter

Incorporated in 1999, we support mission critical Information Technology (IT) business needs for clients within the intelligence community (IC), Department of Defense (DOD), Veteran Administration (VA) and for select commercial clients. ACET is seeking an Recruiter supporting Aerospace and CFT programs. Responsibilities Assisting Hiring Manager(s) and/or the Recruiting team with recruitment duties Reviewing available positions and candidate requirements Communicating with the HR team Posting job applications on social media and job sites Tracking open positions using recruiting software Assisting the hiring team in screening candidate resumes Contacting candidate references and verifying education requirements. Conducting initial phone screenings. Communicating with candidates and setting up interviews. Managing the resume database.
