CTG is seeking to fill a Junior Recruiter position for our client.

Morrisville, NC (Hybrid - 3 days per week in the office)
Duration:
6+ months, with possibility for extension About the Opportunity We are seeking a motivated Junior Recruiter to support high-volume hiring initiatives and help deliver an exceptional candidate experience. This role is ideal for an early-career recruiting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and can effectively manage multiple priorities. The successful candidate will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and business stakeholders to identify, engage, and move top talent through the hiring process. Key Responsibilities Support full-cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and offer coordination. Conduct initial candidate outreach and phone/video screenings to assess qualifications and fit. Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure an efficient and positive hiring experience. Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system (ATS). Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting hiring timelines and service expectations. Build talent pipelines through job boards, referrals, internal databases, and proactive sourcing strategies. Provide timely communication to candidates throughout the recruiting lifecycle. Track recruiting metrics, candidate funnel progression, and hiring outcomes. Ensure compliance with recruiting processes, documentation standards, and company policies. Identify opportunities to improve recruiting efficiency, consistency, and overall process effectiveness. Required Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, human resources, or recruiting coordination. Experience supporting high-volume hiring and managing multiple openings simultaneously. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and talent communities. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally. Education:
