Job Description

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring efforts in Morrisville, North Carolina. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for a recruiting specialist who can manage the full hiring lifecycle, build strong candidate pipelines, and deliver a high-quality experience for both hiring teams and applicants. The role requires a proactive approach to sourcing, interviewing, and talent branding while partnering closely with the business to meet ongoing workforce needs.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, from intake discussions and sourcing strategy through offer coordination and onboarding support.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future openings using direct outreach, networking, and market research.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role expectations, align on candidate profiles, and guide efficient selection processes.
  • Conduct candidate screening and interview coordination while assessing qualifications, experience, and overall fit for assigned positions.
  • Promote the employer brand through thoughtful candidate engagement and strong representation in the market.
  • Track recruiting activity, maintain accurate records, and support reporting within Oracle and other hiring systems as needed.
  • Recommend process improvements that strengthen hiring outcomes, streamline workflows, and enhance the candidate experience.
