Job Description

Job Summary The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding new employees. This role involves sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating hiring processes, and ensuring a positive candidate experience while aligning with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Identify hiring needs and develop job descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates Conduct initial interviews (phone, virtual, or in-person) Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates Evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers Manage job postings on various recruitment platforms Handle salary negotiations and offer letters Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation process Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Proven experience as a recruiter or in HR roles (freshers may apply for junior roles) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good knowledge of recruitment platforms and HR software Ability to assess candidates effectively Strong organizational and time-management skills Familiarity with labor laws and hiring regulations Preferred Skills Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Strong networking abilities Negotiation and decision-making skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
