HR Recruiter

We are looking for an HR Recruiter to support hiring efforts for a Contract position based in Raleigh, North Carolina. This role will lead recruiting activities from initial sourcing through offer coordination, helping teams attract talent with relevant experience in a fast-moving environment. The ideal candidate brings strong experience with high-volume hiring, candidate engagement, and organized tracking throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including intake discussions, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support. Build and maintain candidate pipelines by using proactive sourcing methods across job boards, networks, and other recruiting channels. Conduct interviews to evaluate experience, qualifications, and overall alignment with role requirements. Partner with hiring managers to clarify position needs, set recruiting strategies, and maintain progress against hiring goals. Maintain accurate candidate records and workflow updates within the applicant tracking system to ensure an efficient hiring process. Oversee multiple openings at once while keeping communication timely and detail-focused for candidates and internal stakeholders. Support high-volume recruiting demands by prioritizing requisitions effectively and moving applicants with relevant experience through the process quickly. Experience managing full-cycle recruitment for corporate roles requiring strong attention to detail. Strong background in candidate sourcing and pipeline development. Ability to conduct candidate interviews and assess qualifications effectively. Hands-on experience using an applicant tracking system for documentation and workflow management. Proven ability to succeed in a high-volume recruiting environment. Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
