DOQ 8•Hour Shift, Monday•Friday Position Summary Manages and executes recruitment and hiring processes for LS Tractor USA. Works with hiring managers to identify vacant positions, develop selection criteria, and execute appropriate interview and selection processes. Executes the Hiring and on-boarding process for selected candidates. Also may take on other HR tasks and assignments such as Employee Relations, Position classification and compensation. Acts as a back-up for payroll administration and processing. Position Duties and Responsibilities Recruitment. Identifiesvacant positions approved for recruitment. Reviews position descriptions of vacant positionsto ensure job descriptions are up to date andaccurate, based on input from hiring managers. Develops recruitment plan for each position, then executers plan until position is filled. Develops and executes effective applicant tracking process and recordkeeping. Utilizes multiple recruiting sources including job boards, Company web site, outside recruiters, and other applicable resources. Hiring and On-Boarding. Leadshiringteams to findthemost qualified candidatefor filling vacant positions. Executes effective hiring process, ensuring compliance with required hiring actions. Leads the on-boarding activity for newly hired employees. Other HR Responsibilities. Engages withemployees and resolves employee relations issues. Works withHRteam to effectively classify positions. Works withHRteam to executeCompanycompensation program. Teamwork and Collaboration. Actively engages in team meetings and provides timely feedback to team regarding work topics. Understands organizational mesh points and potential synergies. Integrates team efforts across work team. Understands available resources and utilizes those resources when appropriate. Leadership. Acts with integrity. Treats others with dignity and respect. Models behavior that is consistent with LS Tractor's Values. Delivers on commitments and deadlines. Communication. Effectively communicates with team members. Demonstrates sound oral and written communication skills. Communicates effectively and professionally to both internal and external parties. Minimum Requirements:
Education and Experience Required Bachelor's degreein Human Resource Managementor related field and 2 years of work experience as a Human Resources professional, including recruitment and employment. Demonstrated work experience recruiting positions at all levels of the organization. Demonstrated experience partnering with hiring managers to effectively recruit and hire staff. Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Required Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and methods, including electronic applicant tracking systems. Solid knowledge and understanding of HR and Employment laws and regulations. High levelof working knowledge of
Microsoft Office:
Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Hands onexperience with ADP, Paycom, or similar HRIS software. SAP experience preferred. Effective communicator, able to develop and deliver presentations to groups across the organization. Solid working knowledge of ATS and HR Systems, preferably ADP.
