Job Description
Key Responsibilities Source, recruit, screen, and interview candidates for various hospitality and event positions Build and maintain a strong candidate pool for ongoing staffing needs Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and clients Communicate with clients regarding staffing needs, job assignments, and candidate status Assist with employee onboarding, documentation, and hiring paperwork Support payroll processes by ensuring employee hours and documentation are properly submitted Maintain accurate records of candidates, employees, and clients within internal systems Provide excellent customer service to both candidates and clients Work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple job orders and staffing requests Qualifications Fluent in Spanish and English (required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent customer service abilities Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Professional appearance and demeanor Reliable and punctual Prior recruiting, staffing, or customer service experience preferred but not required Work Environment This position is based in a professional office environment in Statesville, NC.. Recruiters interact with candidates, clients, and team members daily through phone, email, and in-person communication. The role requires the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced staffing environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and organization. Hourly rate paid bi-weekly plus monthly commission. Company cell phone provided. Three weeks paid vacation/sick time, paid holidays, paid life insurance and short term disability insurance. $500 per month health insurance contribution. We are an
