The ideal candidate will have prior experience in recruiting/hiring along with a construction background. This recruiter must be an organized multitasker able to handle many diverse projects at once and meet deadlines. This role will be based out of our West Fargo office. Job Responsibilities include : Manage recruiting process and drive sourcing for talent pipelines Work with Project Managers & Human Resources regarding hiring needs Review resumes Interview candidates Process new hire paperwork Conduct reference checks Manage candidates through the entire interview and hiring process, from assessing candidate qualifications to extending offers and managing pre-employment requirements Additional tasks as required

Qualifications :

Associate's degree or equivalent work experience Past work experience as a recruiter or similar role Knowledge of traditional and digital recruiting/marketing Must possess ability to multitask and wear many hats Ability to work in a fast paced environment Solid time management skills Excellent verbal and written communication High attention to detail Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite ATS system experience Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Strong analytical skills to assess candidates and make informed hiring recommendations.
