Talent Acquisition Partner MyStaff Inc - 5.0 Omaha, NE Job Details Full-time 12 hours ago Qualifications LinkedIn Employee onboarding Records maintenance Direct sourcing Direct sourcing recruitment ATS Mid-level Full cycle recruiting Online database candidate sourcing Screening interviews Social media (candidate sourcing) Task prioritization Candidate compensation expectation management HR systems Appointment scheduling Job offer management Resume management software Job offer negotiation Communication skills Referrals (candidate sourcing) Workday Collaboration with hiring managers Full Job Description Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting for and partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and position requirements Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and direct outreach Build and maintain strong pipelines of supply chain professionals Coordinate candidate interviews and provide timely communication throughout the hiring process Present qualified candidates to clients and hiring managers Negotiate offers and assist with onboarding activities Maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS) Qualifications 2+ years of recruiting experience preferred Experience recruiting within supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, transportation, or operations is a plus Workday knowledge/experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent sourcing and networking abilities Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or other recruiting platforms preferred Strong organizational and follow-up skills Self-motivated with a team-oriented mindset
