Job Description

You'll be part of a collaborative, innovative team that's passionate about driving the success of our organization through top talent. Your day will be a mix of conducting engaging phone screens with potential candidates, meticulously reviewing applications to identify top talent, and participating in strategic meetings with hiring managers to align recruitment efforts with business goals. As a consultative recruiter, you will be a partner with hiring managers to provide market insights, talent acquisition strategies, and recommendations that address their specific needs. You'll balance a fast-paced environment and specialized recruiting tasks with strategic planning, ensuring a seamless and effective hiring process that drives our company forward.
WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU
Estimated Salary (Levels have variable responsibilities and qualifications):
HR Specialist:
$60,000 - 80,000, plus annual bonus opportunity
Sr HR Specialist:
$75,500 - $97,000, plus annual bonus opportunity. 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match. Work-life balance with vacation, personal time and paid holidays. WHAT YOU'LL DO
Drive Talent Acquisition:
Lead full-cycle recruitment for a diverse range of roles, from entry-level to executive positions, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
Collaborate Strategically:
Partner with hiring managers and executives to understand business needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies that attract top talent.
Manage Requisitions:
Efficiently handle a large number of open positions, consistently delivering high-quality candidates in a timely manner.
Enhance Candidate Experience:
Build strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive and professional experience throughout the recruitment process.
Leverage Data & Insights:
Utilize data-driven insights to refine recruiting processes, improve sourcing strategies, and drive better hiring outcomes.
Champion Employer Brand:
Promote the company's culture and values, positioning the organization as an employer of choice in the insurance industry.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Proven Recruitment Experience:
5+ years of recruiting and sourcing experience with a track record of successfully filling and sourcing various levels of roles along with specialized roles. Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of candidate quality and satisfaction.
Strategic Mindset:
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic recruiting plans that align with business goals.
Strong Communication Skills:
Leverage exceptional verbal and written communication skills to act as a trusted advisor, influencing and engaging stakeholders at all levels throughout the recruitment process.
Adaptability:
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a flexible and proactive approach to problem-solving.
Project Management:
Ability to effectively manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery on hiring goals while coordinating with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and overcome challenges. Able to work at our office located in Omaha, NE, in a hybrid environment.
