JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct initial talent management (TM) screening of applicants Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process Assist in extending job offers and preparing offer letters Coordinate pre-employment processes (background checks, references, etc.) Support and help facilitate new hire orientation Prepare onboarding documentation and ensure completion of new hire paperwork Process offboarding for terminated team members, ensuring proper documentation and system updates Maintain accurate employee records, including filing and electronic filing systems Perform regular audits of HR files to ensure compliance and organization Handle filing, scanning, and document management (both physical and electronic) Ensure proper removal and archiving records for terminated team members in accordance with company policy and legal requirements Support general HR administrative tasks as needed Answer phone calls and direct to the correct place and/or take messages.
QUALIFICATIONS
1-3 years of HR, recruiting, or administrative experience Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills Experience with
HRIS/ATS
systems preferred (UKG) High level of confidentiality and attention to detail Strong communication and multitasking abilities
