Who We're Looking For:
As a key member of the Human Resources team, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support the staffing group, ensuring business processes and workflows are complete and providing positive candidate/employee experience throughout the full recruitment cycle. Additionally, this role will help source candidates, schedule interviews and ensure a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers. This position is a temporary position to help support the department during our busy hiring season. About the
Role:
Assist recruiting team with recruitment and interview processes, including sourcing, scheduling and related logistics. Support the onboarding process as needed including participating in new hire orientations as needed. Assist with internal and external job posting process including social media and job boards. Provide reporting support and ad hoc reporting from
Applicant Tracking System Minimum Qualifications:
High School Degree and progress towards a degree in HR or Business Administration. Minimum 1 + years of experience supporting the full-cycle recruitment of candidates at all levels. Ability to analyze applicant qualifications, motivations, and performance. Experience with applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn Recruiter required.
Preferred Qualifications:
High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office productivity suite.
