Job Description

Requires an undergraduate degree from an accredited institution and acceptance into a graduate studies program at Franklin Pierce University (acceptance must be confirmed before the candidate is considered).
Job Summary:
Participate in training as a Student Ambassador. Provide Campus Tours, as needed to individuals and groups. Meet with prospective students and their family members during campus visits to provide timely and accurate information about Franklin Pierce University, our programs and services. This includes weekend visitation. Assist with the training of new student employees. Coordinate the recruitment, selection and training of overnight student hosts. Assist in planning and execution of recruitment events including, but not limited to the Overnight Program, Accepted Student events, Tour & Tailgates, among other visitation programs. Create engaging content for events that highlights campus life for prospective students. Design, implement and analyze surveys to measure effectiveness of on campus programs. Distribute survey results to administrators, as necessary. Other duties as assigned
Experience and Qualifications:
Must have a Bachelors degree and be a matriculated graduate student at Franklin Pierce University. Strong communication skills, especially verbal communication ability desired. He/she must be able to work independently, be productive and competent in a busy work environment that demands strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, and ability to handle confidential information. Good technical skills. Experience with databases and MS Office. Good Excel skills required.
Required Workdays:
Monday - Friday, but will include some Saturday and/or Sunday Hours/Pay Full Time (20 hours)
