Workforce Brokers is looking for a Bilingual Recruiter to join our growing team !!!
EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
Weekly pay Growth Opportunities Bonuses & Incentives Benefits Responsibilities High volume recruiting for positions ranging from entry-level to highly skilled warehouse, hospitality, and construction. Managing internal and external job boards. Scheduling interviews for candidates. Creating exciting employment brand initiatives to attract the most qualified applicants. Sourcing, interviewing and evaluating candidates through thorough interviewing, skill evaluation, and background investigations. Maintaining internal referral reporting. Following up with candidates pending in the pipeline. Building and using networking connections to create robust candidate pipelines. Completing weekly reports on all recruitment/hiring data. Engage employees by motivating, encouraging, and coaching as needed. Conduct Employee Orientations by explaining all company policies and procedures to applicants. Fill open positions by finding the best-qualified applicant for our openings in a timely manner and conducting status updates with the clients concerning open job orders. Follow-ups once the employee starts working. Visits to all clients on a regular basis. Processing weekly timecards and payroll, as needed. Complying with organizational affirmative action plans and EEOC compliance standards. Other responsibilities and duties may be included. Requirements Spanish and English language skills Proven work experience as a Warehouse Recruiter, Construction Recruiter, or similar role Ability to manage the first hiring stages (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing) Experience with various interview formats, including phone screening calls, in-person interviews, and group interviews Experience evaluating candidates for various roles and seniority levels Knowledge of resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Solid organizational and time-management abilities
