Opportunities for growth within HR and operations Clear workflows, branded tools, and structured systems Supportive team Part Time Recruiter (25 Hours Per Week) We're growing and looking for a Recruiter who thrives in a fast‑paced, sprint‑based hiring environment to drive our statewide Direct Support Professional pipeline. -Base schedule Monday through Friday - 5 hours per day with 1 evening per week and 1 Saturday per month Ability to flex up to additional hours during peak hiring cycles or event scheduling Onsite at Montclair office with travel to South Jersey office at least 2 times per month

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Run weekly recruiting sprints to fill orientation seats Manage all sourcing, screening, interview scheduling and communication with direct support professional position Conduct structured interviews, make hiring decisions and process all onboarding steps Maintain organized pipelines across multiple regions Collaborate with HR and Operations Team to meet hiring goals Host orientation and support other internal/external events at Atco and Montclair office locations and surrounding areas

REQUIRED SKILL SETS

Mission‑driven and excited to support people living with intellectual/developmental disabilities Minimum of 2 years recruiting experience Strong communicator with a steady, people‑first style Organized, detail‑driven, and comfortable with high‑volume recruiting Experience with ATS platforms Valid driver's license Hope's Promise Respite isn't just a workplace.
