Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Leader with a strong background in enterprise IT recruiting, executive hiring, and workforce planning. The ideal candidate will have experience managing full-cycle recruitment for technical and corporate roles within large enterprise environments. The candidate should have expertise in sourcing, stakeholder management, contractor hiring, and recruiting process optimization, similar to the experience reflected in the attached resume. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for contract and full-time positions. Recruit for IT roles including Cloud, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, ERP, DevOps, Data, and Software Engineering. Partner with hiring managers and leadership teams on workforce planning and hiring strategy. Build sourcing pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean/X-Ray search, Dice, Indeed, and AI recruiting tools. Manage ATS/VMS platforms and vendor relationships. Drive diversity hiring initiatives and improve recruiting efficiency. Support contractor-to-FTE conversion programs and talent market analysis. Required Skills & Experience 8+ years of Technical Recruiting / Talent Acquisition experience. Strong experience recruiting for enterprise IT and executive-level roles. Experience with ATS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, iCIMS, Bullhorn, or similar. Experience working with VMS/MSP environments including Fieldglass or similar tools. Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Preferred Experience Public sector, transportation, healthcare, or enterprise consulting experience. Experience with AI-based recruiting tools and automation. Prior experience leading recruiting teams or staffing operations. MBA or related degree preferred.
