Talent Acquisition Coordinator Spectrum Staffing Services - 3.4 Newark, NJ Job Details Full-time $23 - $24 an hour 16 hours ago Qualifications Customer inquiry handling High school diploma or GED Video conferences (communication methods) Full Job Description SUMMARY Join a collaborative talent acquisition team where you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment process from scheduling through candidate communication. This position is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, coordinating multiple priorities, and helping deliver an exceptional candidate experience. The role offers exposure to high-volume recruiting operations and opportunities to grow within the talent acquisition function.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide administrative and scheduling support to recruiters, allowing them to focus on sourcing and hiring activities. Coordinate phone screens, virtual interviews, and onsite interviews across multiple locations and time zones. Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process. Deliver a high-touch candidate experience by responding promptly to inquiries and maintaining consistent communication. Utilize applicant tracking systems and scheduling platforms to manage interview logistics and candidate movement. Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and ad hoc recruiting reports. Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting data within internal systems. Assist Talent Acquisition leadership with special projects, reporting requests, and recruitment initiatives. Collaborate with hiring teams and recruiters to ensure an efficient and seamless hiring process. Perform additional duties and administrative tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required. 1-2 years of experience supporting recruiting, human resources, talent acquisition, or a related administrative function preferred. Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Familiarity with interview scheduling and candidate coordination processes. Experience using scheduling and communication platforms, including texting tools such as Paradox, preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams. Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. Professional and customer-service-oriented approach when interacting with candidates and internal stakeholders.

COMPENSATION
$23-24 per hour #INDHP
