Job Description

Recruiter Position Summary:
The Recruiter is responsible for recruitment processes. The Recruiter will post open positions on job boards, conduct phone screens and interviews, and assist with the onboarding process for all new hires. Job Responsibilities Source, attract, and engage potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and other outlets Manage the entire recruitment process, including screening resumes, interviewing candidates, making offers of employment, and generating offer letters and onboarding documents Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Administer background check and drug screenings for new hires Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of open positions and recruiting timelines Assist with additional Human Resources related tasks when needed Job Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. Preferably in Human Resources, Business, or a related field Minimum of two years' experience in a Recruitment role. Proven experience as a recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or in a similar role Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and techniques Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers Knowledge of labor laws and ethical hiring practices Skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong interviewing and candidate assessment abilities. Effective organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
