This pivotal role involves leading end-to-end recruitment processes across various departments, with a focus on sourcing top talent, managing candidate relationships, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in technical recruiting, executive search, and talent management, utilizing advanced HRIS systems and applicant tracking tools to optimize recruitment strategies. Duties Develop comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals, leveraging social media management, cold calling, and research techniques to identify potential candidates. Manage full-cycle recruiting processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating employment contracts for roles at all levels. Utilize ATS platforms such as iCIMS, Workday, Taleo, and PeopleSoft to track applicant flow and maintain accurate candidate records. Lead campus recruitment initiatives and build relationships with educational institutions to attract emerging talent. Conduct employment law compliance reviews and ensure adherence to labor regulations during the hiring process. Coordinate employee orientation sessions and onboarding programs to facilitate smooth integration of new hires. Engage in succession planning by identifying internal talent for future leadership roles. Foster strong relationships with hiring managers through effective communication skills and consultative support. Manage vendor relationships with external recruiting agencies and staffing firms to enhance talent sourcing efforts. Stay informed on industry trends, HR sourcing techniques, and best practices in social media management for talent acquisition. Requirements Minimum of five years of experience in talent acquisition or human resources recruitment roles, with a focus on technical recruiting and executive search. Proven expertise in negotiation, relationship management, and candidate assessment techniques. Proficiency with ATS platforms such as iCIMS, Workday, Taleo, Salesforce, ADP, Kronos, UltiPro, and HRIS systems like PeopleSoft. Strong understanding of employment & labor law regulations across multiple jurisdictions. Experience in campus recruitment programs and sales-driven sourcing strategies. Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Familiarity with HR tools including Lever, Paychex, Research methodologies, Lead generation techniques, and training & development practices. Knowledge of contracts management, employee evaluation processes, employee relations issues, and HRIS systems integration. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
