Job Description

About the Role We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Retail Recruiter to help staff and support multiple retail locations throughout our market. This individual will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates while partnering with management to ensure stores remain fully staffed with top talent. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building relationships, solving staffing challenges, and making a direct impact on business performance. Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting for retail store positions Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and community outreach Screen resumes and conduct phone and virtual interviews Coordinate interviews with hiring managers Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates Attend local hiring events, job fairs, and community recruiting initiatives Track recruiting metrics and provide weekly hiring reports Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Assist with onboarding and new hire coordination Build relationships with store managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities Qualifications 2+ years of recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition experience Experience recruiting for retail, customer service, sales, or high-volume positions preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Competitive and goal-oriented Highly organized and detail-focused Comfortable making a high volume of calls and candidate outreach Skilled at identifying quality candidates quickly Able to build recruiting pipelines before staffing shortages occur Driven by results and performance metrics Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay or salary based on experience Performance-based bonus opportunities tied to hiring goals and retention Paid time off Growth opportunities within the organization Flexible work environment
