Job Description :
Client is seeking a Program Delivery Coordinator to support the delivery of IT talent for clients in heavily regulated industries, including utilities and energy. In this role, you will partner closely with an Account Manager to execute full-cycle recruiting and ensure the timely delivery of qualified candidates aligned to client needs. This position is best suited for a highly driven, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment. The ideal candidate takes full ownership of their workload, operates with a strong sense of urgency, and proactively drives results with minimal oversight in a structured, compliance-driven setting. Success in this role is measured by the ability to consistently deliver high-quality candidates in a fast-paced environment while effectively managing multiple concurrent requisitions.
Location:
This position is in New Jersey. The qualified candidate is required to be in a commutable distance and able to go into client offices as needed. This is typically one to two days a week. This allows us to best serve our localized utility clients as needed.
Responsibilities:
Own full-cycle recruiting for IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination Partner with account leadership to understand client requirements, technical skill needs, and hiring priorities Proactively build and maintain strong pipelines of IT talent across areas such as software development, cybersecurity, cloud, data, and infrastructure Independently manage interview coordination and drive scheduling efficiency while serving as the primary point of contact for candidates Deliver a high-quality candidate experience through timely communication and proactive engagement Collaborate across Talent Acquisition, Contracting Agencies, and solution teams for staffing needs Track recruiting activity and candidate progress using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and/or Vendor Management Systems (VMS) Support onboarding processes, including background checks and other compliance requirements common in regulated industries as required by the client Proactively communicate recruiting progress, pipeline health, and risks—taking initiative to resolve challenges and keep delivery on track Take ownership of requisition delivery, ensuring timely submission of high-quality candidates aligned to client expectations
Required Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Technology, Computer Science or related degree. Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree 5+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition Experience recruiting for IT or technical roles Proven ability to operate as a self-starter in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with minimal supervision Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, adapt to shifting deadlines, and maintain a high level of accuracy Demonstrated sense of urgency, accountability, and ownership in meeting recruiting and delivery goals Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage candidates and internal stakeholders Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed recruiting delivery expectations in a performance-driven environment Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting clients in utilities, energy, or other regulated industries Familiarity with compliance-driven hiring processes (e.g., background checks, drug screens) Experience in a client-facing or account support role Understanding of technical skill sets and certifications (e.g., cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure)

___________$47-$52_____________ The above salary range represents the range expected for the position; however, final salary offers are based on a number of factors such as the position's responsibilities; the candidate's experience, education, and skills; location; travel required; and current market conditions.
