Job Overview The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent to meet the firm's hiring needs. The ideal candidate will have experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes and a passion for creating a seamless candidate experience. Primary Responsibilities Lead full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles. Attract and engage top talent to meet organizational hiring needs. Sourcing candidates via resume databases, job boards, and other talent channels. Build and maintain a strong pool of qualified candidates for current and future openings. Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to ensure alignment with role and culture. Partner with team members to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies. Point of contact for the ATS in the HRIS system. SkillsCompetencies Ability to communicate professionally and to interact effectively with all levels of personnel. Excellent client service skills, ability to work on multiple matters simultaneously in an organized manner and under minimal supervision. Flexibility and ability to respond quickly and positively to shifting demands. Ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines. Ability to handle sensitive confidential information in a responsible and appropriate manner. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience. 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within a law firm or professional service firm. Exceptional computer skills with the ability to learn new software applications quickly. Highly organized with strong attention to detail

The estimated hourly rate range for this position is $25/hr. - $35/hr. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
