Bilingual Staffing Specialist•
Hamilton, NJ Salary:
$42,000
Schedule:
Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM•4:00 PM or 8:00 AM•5:00 PM (occasional weekends)
Location:
Branch Office Role We are seeking a Bilingual Staffing Specialist to join our Hamilton branch office. This internal, office-based role supports recruiting, onboarding, and employee coordination while working closely with clients and candidates in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Recruit candidates (job postings, walk-ins, calls, referrals) Extend job offers and explain job expectations Communicate with candidates by phone, email, and in person Visit client sites as needed Maintain candidate records and schedules in internal systems and Excel Support team recruiting and placement goals
Qualifications:
1-2 years of customer service, admin, or office experience Bilingual English/Spanish required Strong computer skills (Excel, Outlook) Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask Team player with a positive attitude Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
