This temporary role will play a critical part in ensuring timely hiring delivery while also contributing to broader HR operations, including onboarding and administrative support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities. Key Responsibilities 1. Talent Acquisition Support Support end-to-end recruitment activities for high-volume hiring (sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordination) Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure efficient and timely hiring processes Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach and pre-qualification calls Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications to ensure a positive experience Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment reports Support job postings and job description updates across multiple platforms Assist in recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and pipeline-building initiatives Support hiring metrics tracking such as time-to-fill, candidate pipeline status, interview turnaround times, and onboarding completion Maintain proactive communication with candidates and hiring managers to ensure recruiting process visibility and follow-up Partner with HR and operations teams to support workforce ramp-up initiatives and urgent staffing needs 2. Onboarding & HR Administration Support onboarding logistics (offer letters, documentation, scheduling onboarding sessions) Ensure completion and compliance of new hire documentation Maintain employee records and HR systems with accuracy and confidentiality Assist with background checks and pre-employment processes Provide administrative HR support as needed 3. Operational & Ad Hoc HR Support Assist with HR projects related to workforce planning and process improvement Support employee lifecycle activities as needed (offboarding, internal mobility, etc.) Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment and onboarding processes Provide support to the HR team during peak workload periods Job Requirements Strong organizational and follow-up skills Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail Strong interpersonal and communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Company Information Safran is an international high-technology group, operating in the aviation (propulsion, equipment and interiors), defense and space markets.
