In this role, you'll drive our Direct Support Professional (DSP) pipelines across South, Central, and North Jersey and help build strong, joyful teams that support the participants we serve. This is a full‑time position at 30 hours per week , with the ability to flex up to 40 hours during peak hiring cycles. Hours over 30 are paid at the hourly rate. Key Responsibilities Run weekly recruiting sprints to fill orientation seats Manage sourcing, screening, and all candidate communication Conduct warm, structured interviews Schedule interviews, orientations, and onboarding steps Maintain organized pipelines across multiple regions Collaborate with HR and Program Managers to meet hiring goals Host orientations and support internal/external events at our Atco and Montclair locations and surrounding areas Required Skills & Experience Mission‑driven and excited to support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities Minimum 2 years recruiting experience Strong communicator with a steady, people‑first style Organized, detail‑driven, and comfortable with high‑volume recruiting Experience with ATS platforms (CareerPlug a plus) Valid driver's license Why Join Us Supportive, human‑centered team Clear workflows, branded tools, and structured systems Opportunities for growth within HR and operations Apply today and help us build strong, joyful teams across New Jersey.
