We are seeking a motivated and people-focused Part-Time Recruiter to help attract, hire, and retain exceptional caregivers. There is opportunity to grow into a full-time position in the near future. Responsibilities Recruit caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, and related staff through job boards, community outreach, and referrals Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews Coordinate interviews and assist with onboarding Maintain communication with applicants throughout the hiring process Build relationships with local community organizations and workforce resources Help maintain staffing levels to meet client needs Qualifications Previous recruiting, staffing, HR, or healthcare experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple candidates Experience with caregiving or healthcare staffing is a plus Friendly, professional, and dependable What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Flexible schedule Supportive team environment Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the community Since 1996, Always Best Care has helped thousands of families with non-medical in-home care and assisted living referral services.
