This position is responsible for conducting the hiring process within all of our service areas. Job Responsibilities Review and contact applicants Interview and identify qualified staff to provide home care services Meet regularly with staffing supervisors and team to collaborate and solve problems Coordinate new hire orientations for new employees Conduct new hire orientation both virtually and in person Key Qualifications One year experience recruiting in a health care setting, home care preferred. Solid understanding of home care Solid technology skills Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with applicants during onboarding Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail Self starter, able to prioritize, meet tight deadlines and manage time effectively Demonstrated ability to problem solve and implement solutions collaboratively Strong organizational skills
