Our continuum of care includes detox, residential, outpatient therapy, and vocational programming, all designed to foster stability and wellbeing for our clients and community. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Recruiter to join our team in Albuquerque, NM, working under the direction of the Human Resources Director. This role is pivotal in ensuring we attract, hire, and retain talented professionals across clinical, medical, operational, and support functions. You will help shape our workforce and contribute directly to our mission by building strong hiring pipelines and enhancing candidate experience.
Key responsibilities include:
Manage full-cycle recruitment processes to support organizational growth and workforce stability Develop and execute recruitment strategies, including sourcing and screening candidates for both clinical and non-clinical roles Coordinate interviews and facilitate a seamless candidate experience Track and report recruitment KPIs, such as time-to-fill, source of hire, offer acceptance rate, and retention metrics Administer the applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain accurate recruitment records Lead community outreach initiatives, including job fairs and partnership development with colleges, universities, workforce agencies, and community organizations Build and nurture relationships with hiring managers, HR leadership, and external partners to strengthen hiring pipelines Support onboarding and orientation processes, contributing to workforce retention initiatives
Requirements Required Qualifications:
2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience Experience sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for clinical and non-clinical roles Experience using job boards, professional networking platforms, and social media for candidate sourcing Experience conducting community outreach recruiting, such as job fairs and partnerships with community organizations Solid understanding of employment practices and confidentiality standards in recruiting and HR contexts Experience tracking and reporting recruiting KPIs, including source of hire, offer acceptance rate, and retention/turnover metrics Proven ability to partner with hiring managers and HR leadership to manage recruiting workflows Valid driver's license Authorized to work in the United States Ability to travel locally or regionally as needed for recruitment activities and job/career fairs Reliable transportation for local recruitment events and community partnership activities
Preferred Qualifications:
