Talent Acquisition Partner -Onsite in ABQ Supporting Hiring Needs in both
Albuquerque, NM and Chandler, AZ Job Summary:
As a key contributor, the Talent Acquisition Partner will support and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure that they have the right talent to meet our business goals. This role will be responsible for recruitment of our hiring needs at our manufacturing facility in Albuquerque, NM as well as corporate roles that are based out of our Chandler, AZ headquarters.
Key Job Responsibilities:
This position is onsite at our brand new 218,000 sq foot manufacturing facility in Albuquerque, NM 5 days a week. Develop recruitment strategies to find high caliber talent. Work closely with hiring managers to define open positions, create position descriptions, develop candidate attraction strategies, and job requirements. Recruit for both Chandler, AZ and Albuquerque, NM positions. Be a consultative leader on topics like new recruitment tools, candidate engagement strategies, employment brand marketing, search/sourcing resources and strategies, and interview process. Develop and implement strategies to build talent pipelines. Identify high-potential candidates and conduct initial interviews (phone screens) to discern top candidates to present to hiring Managers. Build and maintain meaningful relationships with hiring managers across varying degrees of seniority and functional groups. Cultivate a superior candidate experience for each candidate that you engage with throughout the process. Participate in growing the internship program. Relocation is not available for this role.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field is required. 5+ years of experience recruiting corporate function roles. 3+ years of experience recruiting corporate level Manager and Director level roles as well as Manufacturing roles. Experience with the Workday ATS is required. Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and develop effective relationships at all levels of the organization. Proven ability to develop successful talent sourcing strategies and a familiarity with a wide variety of sourcing avenues, platforms and tools. Excellent organizational, time-management, interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to make decisions both collaboratively and independently and identify which style is appropriate for a given situation. Good working knowledge of various interview techniques and applicant screening methods; applicant tracking systems, recruiting processes and databases.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong business acumen. Personal qualities and professional experience necessary to quickly gain credibility across the organization and with the management team. Proven ability to motivate and guide people through change and help navigate business issues to support growth.
