This is a full-time, hourly position with a fixed-term commitment of 12-15 weeks, starting June 1st, 2026. Job Summary You will be the driving force behind finding and hiring the talented direct care staff who make our mission possible. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from innovative sourcing and interviewing to extending offers—ensuring we meet hiring goals set within the department.
Duties & Responsibilities High-Volume Sourcing:
Utilize internet sites, social networks, and community boards to build a consistent pipeline of qualified caregiver applicants.
Candidate Engagement:
Conduct daily phone screens and interviews throughout the work week, managing a high volume of applicants while accounting for industry-standard no-show rates.
Hiring Process Management:
Extend employment offers, create offer letters, and oversee pre-employment screenings, including background and reference checks.
Community Outreach:
Represent the company at local recruiting events and job fairs to grow our employer brand.
Administrative Accuracy:
Audit and advance candidates within our applicant tracking system and provide ongoing analytical data on recruitment KPIs.
On-Call Support:
Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation to respond to applicant inquiries during evenings and weekends.
Qualifications Education:
High school diploma required; at least 2 years of recruiting experience is preferred.
Experience:
Previous experience as a high performer in a corporate recruiting team, staffing firm, or commission-based sales role.
Industry Knowledge:
One year of personal care or home care experience is highly preferred.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), SLACK, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Attributes:
A self-starter with excellent time management skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Temporary, Non-Exempt (Hourly).

13-15 weeks.
