The Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner for MasterCorp, plays a critical role in our ability to attract and acquire top talent supporting our Hospitality/Timeshare and Commercial Services divisions. This position builds talent networks, finds creative sourcing methods, drives candidate experience, and leads the full recruitment process for assigned markets in partnership with key stakeholders. The Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner acts as a secondary project leader in recruiting operations projects and technology enhancements and serves as a mentor and leader in upskilling other recruiters, hiring teams, and Divisional leadership.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Manage the full cycle recruitment process, attracting and delivering top talent for Hospitality and Commercial positions. Develop and manage candidate relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and quality standards. Organize and host hiring events and build relationships with community outreach partners to deliver new channels of candidates. Maintain and build MasterCorp' s digital footprint, ensuring brand standards always. Train new managers in hiring policies and procedures, use of (Applicant Tracking System), and basic guidelines for interviewing and selection. Support managers at all levels in line with company policies and procedures and advise managers on 'best practice' recruitment procedures. Understand and meet agreed KPI's (candidate calls, interviews, time to fill, hires and source of hire). Stay current on interview techniques, interviewing guidelines, state and federal requirements, systemic processes, etc. Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, driving the team to achieve KPIs with YOY improved results.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably with expertise and hospitality. Degree in Business, Hospitality, HR preferred, or equivalent combination of work experience and education. Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools; experience with workday a plus. Experience leading a team of junior recruiters with the ability to upskill talent workforce.
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
Other qualifications (computer, language skills, etc.). A strong ability to find and close top talent in competitive markets Strong relationship building skills with hiring managers, leadership, and candidate. A data-driven approach with the ability to analyze hiring trends and optimize processes. Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Ability to verbally and in writing communicate effectively with candidates in English and Spanish strongly preferred.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position operates in a professional office environment routinely using standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, faxes, and filing cabinets. The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is not limited to the above-mentioned job description and may be requested to do additional tasks as directed by MasterCorp Management. The salary range provided for this position is$56,650.00
  • $70,825.
00, and will be based on a variance of considerations such as skills, qualifications and experience.
Physical Requirements:
This position frequently requires standing, walking, pushing, pulling, moving, lifting (up to 25 lbs), bending, reaching, occasional ascending/descending, and repetitive motions.
