About the
Role:
In this role you will partner with stakeholders across a variety of departments including Sales, Customer Success, Business Development, Marketing, and Operations. You'll identify and source candidates, expertly communicate Direct Line's unique value proposition, develop strong relationships with hiring teams, and uphold a diverse and inclusive candidate pool and hiring method. This position is based within the Nevada market and must be within this market with understanding of market data.
What You'll Do:
Partner directly with hiring teams and executives across a variety of technical departments to understand hiring needs and team goals. Manage the full cycle recruiting process with a focus on providing an exceptional candidate experience. Partner with Human Resource to assist in onboarding experience. Partner with outsourcing agencies to fulfill staff augmented requirements. Creatively source and engage passive candidates. Schedule candidate interviews and coordinate onsite visits. Actively participate in recruiting and employee experience initiatives such as University. Recruiting, Interview Training, and Employment Branding. Manage weekly trackers to ensure communication is being distributed effectively. May be assigned to other duties and your duties may also change with reasonable notice. Mentor and lead recruiting projects, focused with a leadership mindset.
What You'll Need:
5-10 years of recruiting experience; agency or in-house (or both) Demonstrated success engaging and hiring sourced candidates Excellent written and verbal communication skills Has hands on experience providing leadership and mentoring junior recruiters. Have the ability to organize and handle day to day recruiting along with special projects related to TA. Ability to establish successful partnerships with hiring teams and senior management Aptitude and inclination to use data to drive hiring decisions Intense organization and process-focus - you excel at handling multiple responsibilities at the same time Experience working within telecom focused positions is a plus! Other Requirements Ability to communicate effectively with verbal, written, visual and listening skills. Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate any required equipment as well as to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other technical instruments.
