To Apply for this Job Click Here Our client, a leading real estate firm, is seeking a Contract Recruiter to join their team for 5-7 months. This is a high-impact opportunity to support high-volume, full-cycle recruiting across property management and corporate functions, including maintenance, operations, and professional roles. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented recruiter with strong stakeholder management skills, the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, and a proven track record of managing multiple requisitions while delivering a strong candidate experience. If this sounds like you, we encourage you to apply to learn more! Bachelor's degree, required. 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, required. Experience recruiting in high-volume environments such as property management, retail, hospitality, or similar industries, strongly preferred. Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions (15-20+ at a time) across various functions and levels. Strong sourcing skills utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and other creative channels. Ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (i.e., iCIMS or similar), preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to track candidate pipelines, provide updates, and meet deadlines. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail and a positive candidate experience. The pay for this role is $38-$48/hour. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
